Introduction

Law Office of Arta Wildeboer (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website at wildeboerlegal.com.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name and contact information (phone, email, address)
  • Information you submit through our contact or consultation forms
  • Information about your legal matter as you describe it

We may also automatically collect certain information when you visit our site, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URLs.

Analytics and Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website. These services may process page URLs, referring URLs, browser and device information, approximate location derived from network data, and website interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers.

Our custom analytics events record when the contact provider confirms delivery and when a visitor activates a telephone link. These events do not include contact-form entries, names, email addresses, telephone numbers, descriptions of legal matters, health information, or case type.

With your permission, the OpenAI Ads Measurement Pixel records a confirmed consultation request. The site removes advertising query parameters from the visible landing-page URL, keeps only an opaque campaign label for up to four hours in session storage, and may give the Pixel OpenAI's temporary click reference so it can create a first-party cookie. The Pixel is downloaded only after you allow measurement and the form provider confirms your request. At that point, the intake form has been removed from the page. The website does not pass a user-data object to OpenAI or send your responses, contact information, case type, health information, or legal-matter description in the conversion event.

Contact-form submissions are delivered through Web3Forms. Web3Forms processes the contact information and legal-matter details you choose to submit so the firm can receive and respond to your request. Google, Vercel, OpenAI, and Web3Forms process information under their own privacy terms. Browser settings and privacy tools may allow you to limit cookies or analytics.

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide legal consultations
  • To communicate with you about your legal matter
  • To improve our website and services
  • To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations

Confidentiality

Information you share with us in connection with a potential or actual attorney-client relationship is treated as confidential in accordance with our professional obligations under the California Rules of Professional Conduct.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting information through this website, including through our contact form, does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is only established through a signed fee agreement.

Third-Party Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties.
